Gesventure, S.A. was founded in 1999 by the joint initiative of Francisco Banha and Chausson Finance, one of the main operators specialized in capital raising. We specialize in providing strategic and financial advising in small and medium dimension operations, offering suited solutions to companies’ several development stages both in the national and international markets.
At the same time, Gesventure was in the origin of the first Business Angels Club (a member of EBAN – European Business Angels Network) and then in the establishment of FNABA – Federação Nacional das Associações de Business Angels [National Federation of Business Angels Associations]. Gesventure has been promoting the partnership between Entrepreneurs, Business Angels, and Institutional Investors aiming to finance and developing innovative and high growth potential projects.
